This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding El Bord. The trail is 8.579 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 480 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. It is recommended to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before heading out.
Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. About 2.18 kilometers from the start, you will find the Área Recreativa del Garbí, a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along at 2.5 kilometers, there is a viewpoint that offers spectacular views of the area. At 2.35 kilometers, you will find the Mirador del Garbí, another viewpoint worth stopping at.
As you continue on the trail, you will encounter the Puntal de l'Abella peak at 3.95 kilometers and the El Bord peak at 4.29 kilometers. These peaks offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and are great spots to take in the scenery.
Additionally, there are points of interest such as the Llavaner del Garbí ruins at 1.4 kilometers and an information point at 1.31 kilometers.
The trail is an out-and-back route, meaning you will retrace your steps on the way back. Keep in mind that the parking area is located at the beginning of the trail, so it is recommended to arrive early to secure a spot.
