This hiking route, known as "stará cesta," is an extremely difficult out-and-back trail spanning a distance of approximately 14.3 kilometers with an elevation gain of 867 meters. The estimated duration for this trail is around 5 hours and 29 minutes.

The trail starts in a picturesque area surrounded by natural beauty. As you begin your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area marked by a sign "zákaz parkovať !" which signifies no parking. As you continue onwards, approximately 7.17 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a refreshing water source.

Around 3.01 kilometers from the start, there is a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding views. Further along the trail, at a distance of 5.67 kilometers from the starting point, you will find an information point named "Za Vrátami."

As you reach the midway point of the trail, at a distance of 0.44 kilometers from the start, you will come across a memorial dedicated to Vladimír Žikeš. Additionally, there are cave entrances named "Vyvieranie" and "j.Mieru - prerážka" which are situated along the trail.
