This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Montoni-Lichtenberger Alm in Prad am Stilfserjoch. The trail is 4.3 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 251 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike that can be completed in approximately 1 hour and 37 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park here before starting your hike. Along the way, about 2.15 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source where you can refill your water bottles to stay hydrated.

One of the highlights of this route is reaching the Lichtenbergscharte - La Forcella saddle at around 1.87 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to enjoy the stunning views from this vantage point before heading back on the trail.
