This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 5.854 kilometers and an elevation gain of 400 meters. The hike is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with some experience.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find multiple parking spots such as Aparcamiento B and Aparcamiento C. Further along, you'll come across Puentes de Huesca, a famous bridge, and various information points like Ibón de Sabocos and A Corona. Be sure to check out the natural spring at the Hoz de Jaca and enjoy a rest at Bar Pedro or Umami for some sustenance.
Midway through the hike, you'll reach the Arbol de Virolo peak, a must-see attraction located 2.69 kilometers from the start. Take in the stunning views before continuing on towards Cabaña Yanel, a shelter located 2.16 kilometers from the beginning. As you make your way back, drop by Cafetería Mozart for a refreshing break and learn more about the area at Peña del Saso information point.
