This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Rundchopf. With a distance of 9.764 kilometers and an elevation gain of 499 meters, this route is considered difficult and is expected to take around 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete.

Starting at the designated parking area at the trailhead, you will make your way along the well-marked path. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest.

About 2.38 kilometers into the hike, you will find a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. Continuing on, at the 4.35 kilometer mark, you will reach Hüenerchopf, a peak offering stunning panoramic views of the area.

As you approach the 4.88 kilometer mark, you will pass by a water feature, although it is located a bit off the trail. And at the same distance point, you will find another peak called Rundchopf, with its own unique charm and views.

Throughout the hike, it is recommended to bring an adequate water supply, as well as snacks and proper hiking gear. Be sure to check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure. The Out-and-back route type means you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point.
