This hike takes you through the beautiful area around Ravellen. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.174 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area nearby. Further along the trail, about 0.03 kilometers in, you will reach the historic Neu-Bechburg castle. You can visit the castle and learn about its history by visiting their website at https://www.neu-bechburg.ch/.

Along the way, you will also pass by a fountain, a shelter called Teehaus, and a picnic site, where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. There are multiple benches along the trail for resting and an information point about Neu Bechburg.

About halfway through the hike, at 0.59 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Ravellen, which offers a stunning view of the area. Make sure to stop and take in the scenery before heading back.

Before embarking on this hike, make sure to bring plenty of water, as there are no water sources along the trail. Additionally, check the weather forecast before you go to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
