This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Großer Himmel. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 11.181 kilometers and an elevation gain of 565 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 4 hours to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you can find parking options at Parkplatz Loosbühelalm and further on at Parkplatz Filzmoosalm. There are also information points at various locations providing insights into the area's history and natural features.

Around 1.95 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by the Filzmoosalm, a great spot to take a break and enjoy some local cuisine. Further along, at about 3.84 kilometers, you will encounter a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle.

Towards the latter part of the trail, at around 4.5 kilometers, you will reach the peaks of Filzmooshörndl and Großer Himmel, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Benches are strategically placed along the route for hikers to rest and take in the serene atmosphere.
