This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Filzmooshöhe, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The trail is 8.159 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 461 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Loosbühelalm (Klausalm) alpine hut, which is a great spot to grab a bite to eat before beginning your ascent. Further along the trail, at approximately 1.95 kilometers in, you will reach the Filzmoosalm, another alpine hut where you can rest and take in the scenery.

As you continue on, you will come across a water source at around 2.61 kilometers into the hike, providing a refreshing break. At 3.86 kilometers, there is another water source conveniently located on the trail.

Throughout the hike, you will pass by several points of interest, including informational signs, benches for resting, and a historic wayside cross. These spots offer insight into the area's history and natural features.

The Filzmooshöhe peak awaits you at the end of the trail, standing at 4.08 kilometers into the hike. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the landscape before making your way back along the same route.

Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before setting out. This challenging hike will test your endurance, but the breathtaking views make it all worthwhile.
