Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area nearby. As you begin your hike, you will encounter the peak called Eunuch, followed by the Elbaussicht viewpoint offering a scenic overlook of the surroundings. Continuing on, you will pass by peaks like Jungfer, Mädel, and Onkel, each providing different climbing challenges along the way.
Midway through the route, you will find several viewpoints such as Schrammsteinaussicht and Schrammsteinnadel, perfect for resting and enjoying the panoramic vistas. Further ahead, you will reach the peak known as Tante, the destination of this out-and-back hike.
