This hiking route is set in a beautiful area with diverse landscapes and breathtaking views. The trail is an out-and-back type, leading to the destination of Untzaiko peak.

The total distance of the route is 7.502 kilometers with an elevation gain of 365 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 38 minutes to complete.

As you begin your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will find Susperregi restaurant, a great spot to grab a meal or snack before embarking on your journey. Further along at 0.46 kilometers, there is a natural spring known as Urdaburu, providing a refreshing stop for hikers to refill their water bottles.

Midway through the hike at 2.1 kilometers, you will reach Pagotzarte shelter, offering a place to rest and take in the surroundings. Nearby, at 2.18 kilometers, is Pagosardeko urmaela water source, ideal for refilling your water supplies.

For those interested in picnicking, there are several picnic sites scattered along the trail. These include picnic sites at various distances from the start, such as at 0.91, 0.89, 2.0, 0.95, 2.18, and 0.8 kilometers respectively.

As you approach the turnaround point of the hike, at 3.75 kilometers, you will reach Untzaiko peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.
