Welcome to the hiking route to Monte Cuneo (Moncuni)!
This beautiful circular route covers a distance of 3.666 kilometers with an elevation gain of 205 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all levels of hikers. The estimated duration for this hike is approximately 1 hour and 21 minutes.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the scenic trail. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About midway through the hike, at a distance of 1.62 kilometers from the start, you will find the stunning viewpoint of Monte Cuneo. This is the perfect spot to take a break, enjoy the breathtaking views, and maybe even snap some photos.
Continuing on the trail, you will encounter the historic wayside cross located at the same distance as the viewpoint. As you approach the 0.5-kilometer mark, you will reach the Pietra di Salomone, a notable climbing spot with interesting rock formations.
Further along the trail, at 1.58 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Additionally, there is another Pietra di Salomone rock formation at 0.48 kilometers from the starting point.
Towards the end of the hike, at a distance of 1.55 kilometers, you will come across a boundary stone. This marks the conclusion of your hike before looping back to the starting point.
