The hike begins at a parking lot and leads you through a historic area with city walls dating back centuries. Along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, there is a water source conveniently located just 7.31 kilometers from the starting point. Further along the trail, you will encounter a food court called "Kняже подвір'я" about 50 meters from the start.

As you continue on the hike, you will pass by an exposition of siege machines, a campsite, and a variety of benches for resting. Make sure to bring enough water as you won't find another water source until midway through the hike at approximately the 6-kilometer mark.

For those interested in history, you will find informative signage and attractions such as the Polovtsian woman sculpture, the Veles stone, and the Kativnia along the trail. These provide a glimpse into the cultural and historical significance of the area.
