This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Schupfnriedl. The trail is 7.9 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 636 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Wander-Parkplatz Gumpeneck parking area, just 4.9 meters from the trailhead. About 1.26 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a water source nestled in the natural surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at 3.96 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Schupfnriedl, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the area. At this point, you can also explore the Schattenberg-Öblarn information site and the Schupfenalm-Gumpeneck informational area.

Further along the trail, at 1.89 kilometers from the start, you will find two drinking water stations to replenish your supply. As you head back, you can take a rest at the viewpoint and bench located 3.96 kilometers from the start, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
