The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at 738 meters above sea level and reaching an elevation of 895 meters. As you start your journey, you will come across the parking area at Am Glaswaldsee. From there, you can head towards the Bruderhalde information point, which is just 1 kilometer away. Along the way, you will pass by the Kapellenweg and Seeloch information points, both providing interesting insights into the area.
Further along the trail, you will encounter the Wild- und Tiergehege information point, followed by the Glaswaldsee viewpoint at 715 meters above sea level. As you continue your hike, you will find benches at various points to take a rest and enjoy the surroundings. The hike also offers two viewpoint stops with benches at 2 kilometers away, where you can take in panoramic views of the area.
