Lock 17, your destination, is located 2.62 kilometers into the hike and provides a picturesque spot to rest and take in the surroundings.

Along the way, you'll also pass by several viewpoints, giving you opportunities to admire the scenic landscape. Be sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before setting out on this adventure.

Additionally, there are various facilities available such as parking areas, information points, benches for resting, and even a restaurant, the Old Anglers Inn, for a delicious meal after your hike.
