Welcome to the Manzenkar hiking route, a challenging 13.594-kilometer out-and-back trail that will test your endurance and reward you with stunning views of the surrounding area.

The trail starts at the parking area near the trailhead, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your journey. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across the first point of interest, a refreshing water source located approximately 5.97 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to replenish your water supply and take a short break before continuing your ascent.

Around the 3.8-kilometer mark, you'll reach the Neue Bamberger Hütte, an alpine hut where you can enjoy a delicious meal and take in the mountain scenery. Further along the trail, at approximately 6.8 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Oberer Wildalmsee and Mittlerer Wildalmsee, two picturesque mountain lakes that offer a serene setting for rest and relaxation.

As you push yourself through the challenging terrain, be sure to stay hydrated and check the weather forecast before setting out. The elevation gain of 1144 meters over the course of the hike makes it extremely difficult, so come prepared with proper gear and a positive attitude.

On your way back, make a stop at one of the designated drinking water spots located along the trail to refuel and recharge. Take in the sights and sounds of the natural surroundings as you make your way back to the starting point, feeling accomplished and invigorated by the challenging hike.
