This hiking route will take you on a challenging 8.08-kilometer journey to the peak of Neunernock. The route is circular, starting and ending at the same point.

You will begin your hike at parking lot P7, which is conveniently located at the trailhead. Make sure to park your vehicle here before setting off. Just 0.02 kilometers into your hike, you'll come across Aichingerhütte, a restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on your journey.

As you make your way along the trail, you'll pass by an information point at the 0.15-kilometer mark. Take a moment to learn more about the area and the peak you're climbing. At the 3.21-kilometer mark, you'll reach Scharten, a saddle along the trail. While not directly on the trail, it's worth the slight detour to explore this natural feature.

The highlight of the hike is reaching Neunernock, a peak that sits at 4.02 kilometers into the hike. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape before beginning your descent back to the starting point.

With an elevation gain of 214 meters and a duration of approximately 2 hours and 24 minutes, this hike is categorized as difficult. Make sure to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear. It's also advisable to check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
