You are about to embark on the 9 Line Trail in Salt Lake City, a super easy hike with a total distance of 1.402 kilometers and no elevation gain. The trail is a circular route, starting and ending at the same point.
As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located right at the trailhead. It's a good idea to park your car here before starting the hike. Further along the trail, approximately 0.34 kilometers in, you will find a water source where you can replenish your supplies.
Around the midway point of the hike, at 0.7 kilometers from the start, there is another water source available for hikers to rest and hydrate. Finally, towards the end of the trail, you will encounter another parking area, allowing you to easily find your way back to your vehicle.
For added convenience, there is a fast food option, Little Caesars, located near the trailhead in case you want to grab a bite to eat before or after your hike.
Given the short distance and no significant elevation gain, this hike is perfect for beginners or those looking for a leisurely stroll outdoors. As with any outdoor activity, be sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
