This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of sentiero del macchia. The trail is an out-and-back type, covering a total distance of 7.0 kilometers with an elevation gain of 575 meters, making it a difficult hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you will find a parking area, followed by Fontana del Gai, where you can refill your water bottles. Further along the trail, about 0.31 kilometers from the start, there is an information point providing insights about the area.

Continuing onwards, at around 1.1 kilometers from the start, you will find another information point named Stoi de Chegul. As you progress, you will also come across Doss dei Corvi, a peak located approximately 2.47 kilometers from the starting point. Additionally, there are viewpoints along the trail offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Towards the midway point, there is Sella della Marzola - Stoi del Chegul, another information point to enhance your hiking experience. While some points of interest may be slightly off the trail, they are worth the visit for a more comprehensive understanding of the area.

Given the length and elevation gain of the trail, it is advisable to carry an ample water supply and pack necessary hiking gear.
