The hiking route to Bock is an extremely difficult 19.226-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 2078 meters. The trail takes an average of 9 hours and 38 minutes to complete.
The hike starts at the parking area, where you can prepare for the challenging journey ahead. As you set off, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. About 5.47 kilometers from the start, you will reach Oberbergalm, where you can observe historic ruins. Further along the trail at 6.81 kilometers from the start, you will come across Gerölljoch (Gröllerjoch), a natural saddle point.
Continuing on, at 7.12 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Sarner Weißhorn (Corno Bianco), a prominent peak in the area. As you push forward, reaching 9.61 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the peak known as Bock.
Throughout the hike, you will find benches and information points strategically placed along the trail, offering rest stops and insights into the surrounding environment.
