This hiking route takes you to the picturesque area of Salt Gros, offering a tranquil and scenic outdoor experience. The trail is relatively easy with no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you embark on the journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Placeta del Rech, a charming parking area where you can conveniently leave your vehicle. Further along, you will reach Parking del Salt Gros, located near the trail and providing easy access to the starting point.

As you continue your hike, you will encounter a refreshing water source at a distance of 1.13 kilometers from the start. This spot offers a great opportunity to refill your water supply and take a moment to rest before continuing on. Additionally, at the same location, you will find the Salt Gros waterfall, adding a touch of natural beauty to your hike.

Around midway through the route, you will discover a shelter, ideal for taking a break or seeking refuge from unexpected weather conditions. This shelter provides a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a snack while taking in the surrounding scenery.

Towards the end of the trail, at a distance of 2.25 kilometers, you will encounter the archaeological site of Arca de Calaons. This historical site offers a glimpse into the past, allowing you to explore and appreciate the cultural heritage of the area before heading back on the return journey.
