This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Vápenný vrch peak. The 15.4-kilometer trail has an elevation gain of 185 meters and will last around 4 hours.
Starting at the parking area, you will pass by a picnic site early on in the hike. As you make your way towards the peak, you'll come across the Hraničky border marker between the Czech Republic and Poland, providing a unique cultural touch to your journey.
Further along the trail, you'll encounter the Wodospad Pocieszyciel waterfall, adding a refreshing stop to your challenging trek. Additionally, you will find informational signage along the way, offering insights into the history and nature of the area.
Towards the end of the route, you'll reach the Vápenný vrch peak, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to bring plenty of water, as this hike is long and difficult. Check the weather forecast before you go and prepare accordingly for a safe and enjoyable adventure.
