Welcome to the Peromendi hiking route!
Peromendi is a challenging 13.11-kilometer out-and-back trail that offers stunning views and diverse points of interest along the way. The route has an elevation gain of 463 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers.
The trail starts at the parking area near Antiguo Lavadero, an old historic building located 0.35 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail, you'll come across Ramon Latasa aizkolaria, an artwork located 0.25 kilometers from the start, and the Legartza ur-jauzia waterfall at 5.41 kilometers from the start. These points of interest add cultural and natural elements to your hike, making it truly immersive.
For sustenance and hydration, there are several bars and drinking water spots conveniently located along the trail. La Fonda and Itturburu bars are at 0.28 and 0.15 kilometers from the start, respectively, providing a place to refuel before continuing your journey.
