Welcome to the Camino Palma hiking route!
Located in a beautiful area, this super easy hike spans nearly 2 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels. Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to pack plenty of water and check the weather forecast.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the San Miguel archaeological site, located about 0.74 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail at 0.87 kilometers, you'll find the Pinguinos attraction, a must-see spot known for its wheelchair accessibility.
Continuing on, at around 0.9 kilometers, you'll encounter the Aves y roedores attraction, where you can observe various bird species and rodents. At the 0.96-kilometer mark, don't miss the Lobos Marinos attraction, offering a glimpse of playful sea lions.
If you need a break or some sustenance, there's a wheelchair-accessible restaurant at the 1-kilometer point. Additionally, keep an eye out for the Cocodrilo de Tumbes attraction around 0.9 kilometers from the start.
As you reach the end of the trail, at 1.0 kilometer, you'll find the 46A ruins and the viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views. Remember to capture the beauty of Huaca 43 and the nearby water sources around the 0.96-kilometer mark.
