This hiking route takes you to the stunning Monte Penello area, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The trail is 8.513 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 111.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at the parking area at the beginning of the trail, you will come across the Bivacco Zucchelli - Bruzzone shelter about 4.21 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail at around 4.25 kilometers, you will find the Bivacco Arnaldo Bellani shelter for another opportunity to rest.

Midway through the hike at 4.26 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Monte Penello, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the area. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks, as this is a more challenging section of the trail.

As you make your way back, stop by the drinking water source at 0.44 kilometers from the start to refill your water bottle. Additionally, there are information points along the trail at 3.81 and 1.17 kilometers from the start, providing insights into the natural and cultural features of the area.
