With an elevation gain of 775 meters, this hike will take approximately 5 hours to complete. Starting at Parkplatz Maria Elend, you will journey through lush forests and rocky paths. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Maria-Elend, a historic site perfect for a quick stop to learn about the area's heritage.

As you continue your trek, you will pass by Kapelleralm, a charming alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before moving forward. Further along the trail, you will reach the Karscharte saddle, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Midway through the hike, you will come across Anthaupten peak, a must-see for nature enthusiasts seeking stunning vistas. Be sure to stop by the Kapellerteich Abz. Jägersteig for a peaceful break by the water.
