This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning peak of Sasso di Bosconero, located in a beautiful wilderness area. The route is an out-and-back type, totaling 17.871 kilometers with an elevation gain of 2544 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

As you start your journey, you will come across interesting points of interest along the way. About 8.94 kilometers from the start, you will reach the majestic Sasso di Bosconero peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Midway through the hike, at approximately 5.78 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Forcella del Matt saddle, a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the scenery.

Additionally, at around 7.79 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Sasso di Toanella peak, providing another opportunity to marvel at the natural beauty of the area. Further along the trail, at 3.9 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Bivacco Casera Campestrin wilderness hut, where you can take a break and refuel before continuing your journey.
