This moderate hiking route on the D 4 trail offers a total distance of 5.569 kilometers with an elevation gain of 149 meters. The duration of the hike is approximately 1 hour and 39 minutes.

Starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the trail, hikers will pass by a bench situated midway through the hike. This spot is ideal for taking a quick rest or enjoying the surrounding nature. Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.45 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Col du Dragon, a beautiful saddle offering panoramic views of the area. This is a great place to take in the scenery and snap some photos.

As you continue on, you will encounter the Ancien Moulin, an old mill located 0.11 kilometers away from the trail. While not directly on the trail, it's worth a short detour to explore this historical site. Additionally, at 0.95 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Croix de l'Oratoire, a wayside cross with historical significance.

Towards the end of the out-and-back route, approximately 2.78 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint that provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
