This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with a total distance of 5.504 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it a moderate difficulty hike. The trail starts and ends at Schloßstraße in a circular route.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area just 0.02 kilometers from the start, providing a convenient spot to leave your vehicle. Further along the trail at 1.5 kilometers, you will find a water source, although it is not directly on the trail. Along the way, at 1.62 kilometers, you will encounter some historic ruins, adding to the charm of the hike.

For those interested in more historical landmarks, at 1.74 kilometers, you will find another set of ruins. Additionally, at this point, you will also see a boundary stone, marking the "Standesherrschaft Hoyerswerda."

As you continue on your hike, at 2.6 kilometers, you will come across another water source named "Restloch Heide VI Ost." Further on, at 2.73 kilometers, you will encounter a series of natural rock formations, adding some interesting geological features to your journey.
