This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Wageten. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at a parking area and spanning a distance of 7.632 kilometers with an elevation gain of 448 meters. The estimated duration for the hike is 2 hours and 53 minutes.

As you begin your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Matt parking area. As you continue, you will pass by a drinking water point approximately 0.45 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at around 2.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Brüggler, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter the Wänifurggel saddle, a natural formation that adds to the beauty of the trail. For those in need of information, there are informational points along the route, such as the Schattenstafel and Wänigrat spots. Additionally, there are drinking water stations and a campsite at various points to help hikers stay hydrated and energized.

Towards the end of the trail, at approximately 3.82 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at the Wageten peak, offering a rewarding conclusion to your hike.
