Starting off at the trailhead, you will pass by the historic Castello di Roccacasale about 0.59 kilometers from the start. This castle offers a glimpse into the area's rich history and is a great spot for some sightseeing.

As you continue along the trail, you will come across Laghetto della Rocca, a beautiful water feature located 4.07 kilometers from the beginning of the hike. This is a perfect place to take a break, have a snack, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

There are several parking areas along the trail, with the closest one being 0.26 kilometers from the start. Make sure to park your car in a safe and designated spot before hitting the trail.

If you're in need of some sustenance, there is a pub located 0.08 kilometers from the start, providing a great opportunity to refuel and recharge before continuing your journey.

About halfway through the hike, approximately 6.49 kilometers from the start, you will reach Il Puzzacchio, an alpine hut where you can rest and spend the night if you're planning a longer trek.
