This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding the Ruines du Château de Chaumont. The trail is a super easy 1.972-kilometer out-and-back route with an elevation gain of 76 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across several parking areas located near the trail for your convenience. These parking spots are just a short distance from the beginning of the trail, allowing for easy access to the starting point.

About halfway through the route, at 0.51 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Dalle de Chaumont, a popular climbing spot with no entrance fee. This is a great opportunity to take a break and enjoy the unique rock formations in the area.

Continuing further along the trail, at 0.85 kilometers from the start, you will find a memorial site, offering a moment of reflection and historical significance to your hike.

Near the end of the trail, at 0.99 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Ruines du Château de Chaumont, where you can explore the remains of the historic castle and soak in the panoramic views from the viewpoint located nearby.
