This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the stunning Faja de la Pardina area. The trail spans a distance of 12.916 kilometers with an elevation gain of 681 meters, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience for hikers.
As you embark on this adventure, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Aparcamiento Hotel Palazio parking area, where you can safely leave your vehicle before starting your hike. About halfway through the hike, you will encounter the Ermita de Santa María, a beautiful attraction worth exploring.
Further along the trail, at a distance of 5.86 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Refugio de Cuello Arenas shelter where you can take a break and rest before continuing your journey. As you make your way back, you can visit the Fuente de la Sarteneta spring, located 3.96 kilometers from the start, to refill your water supply.
