This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural attractions. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 3.8 kilometers and an elevation gain of 73 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting off at Wanderparkplatz Füllhölzel parking area, you will begin your journey towards the Osterspitze destination. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest such as Carolastein peak, Gamrig peak, Gamrig-Höhle cave entrance, and several viewpoints offering breathtaking scenery of the surrounding landscape.

As you continue on the trail, you will also pass by informational points like Kernzonengrenze and Füllhölzelweg, providing you with insightful details about the area. Make sure to check out the Carolahöhle cave entrance and enjoy a moment of rest at the bench located midway on the trail.

For a more adventurous experience, you can explore climbing spots like Polenztalwächter and Heidestein peak. Take in the panoramic views from the various viewpoints scattered throughout the hike, including Gamrig, Heidebrüderturm, and Gamrigkegel.
