Located in the picturesque region, this super easy circular hiking route leads you on a 0.982 km journey with an elevation gain of 35 meters to the destination - the ascent to Gamrig.
As you embark on this leisurely hike, you will encounter various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area with limited wheelchair access. Further on, at a distance of 0.38 km from the start, you'll come across a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Midway through the hike, 0.42 km from the start, you will reach the entrance to Gamrig Cave, a natural wonder waiting to be explored. Additionally, at this point, you'll find the peak of Gamrig and a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Continuing on, you'll pass by several more viewpoints with scenic vistas before reaching Heidestein peak at 0.33 km from the start. As you near the end of the trail, you'll encounter various climbing peaks such as Gamrigkegel and Gamrigwächter, adding a touch of adventure to your journey.
