This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Monte Pradella area. The trail spans approximately 11.7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1409 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding trek for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. As you continue, you will pass by Lago Nero, a beautiful natural water feature just 3.36 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along, you will encounter Lago Canali, another picturesque lake located 3.12 kilometers from the trailhead.
For those in need of a break, Rifugio Capanna Lago Nero provides a cozy alpine hut to rest and refuel, situated 3.28 kilometers from the start. Additionally, there are drinking water stations available at various points along the trail to ensure you stay hydrated during your journey.
Midway through your hike, you will reach the peak of Monte Pradella at 5.86 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, you can stop by Ristoro Cinque Laghi, a restaurant located at the trailhead, to enjoy a well-deserved meal.
