This extremely difficult circular hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Diga del lago di Fregabolgia, Passo Aviasco, Monte dei Frati, Monte Valrossa, and Monte Cabianca.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across a beautiful natural water feature known as Lago Nero, located 3.36 kilometers from the start. Continuing on, you will pass by Lago Canali at 3.12 kilometers, Lago Valrossa at 4.89 kilometers, and Lago Cabianca at 8.27 kilometers from the start. These serene lakes offer a picturesque setting for a rest stop and some amazing photo opportunities.
As you trek further, you will encounter Rifugio Capanna Lago Nero at 3.28 kilometers, which can be a great place to refuel and recharge. Additionally, there are several drinking water points along the trail at various distances to ensure you stay hydrated during the challenging hike.
