This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the beautiful Baite del Poris area. The trail covers a distance of 16.368 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1649 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding hike.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Lago Cernello, a picturesque lake located 3.38 kilometers from the starting point. Further along, at 7.21 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Rifugio Fratelli Calvi, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

For those looking to stay overnight, Baita Cernello, a wilderness hut, is located 3.36 kilometers from the start of the trail. Additionally, there are various water points such as Lago Rotondo, Laghi del Poris, and Lago Sucotto scattered throughout the route for your convenience.

As you continue on the trail, be sure to check out Passo di Portula and the viewpoint at 6.53 kilometers and 5.6 kilometers into the hike, respectively. These spots offer stunning vistas and a chance to rest before continuing your journey.
