Welcome to the Quirlpromenade hiking route! This trail is a super easy 1.753-kilometer out-and-back path with an elevation gain of 66 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

The trail starts at the Sportplatzparkplatz parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before beginning your adventure. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across several points of interest.

At the beginning of the trail, just 0.25 kilometers from the start, you'll find an information point providing insights into the area's history. Further along, at the 0.38-kilometer mark, there's another information point with more details about the surroundings.

As you continue on, you'll reach a viewpoint at the 0.88-kilometer mark, offering stunning panoramic views of the landscape. Nearby, there's also a milestone with historic significance, providing a glimpse into the past at the same distance.

If you're up for some exploration, venture off the trail slightly to visit the Diebskeller cave entrance, located 0.72 kilometers from the trail. Additionally, the Kletterhöhle cave entrance can be found at 0.75 kilometers from the start, offering a fascinating subterranean experience.

For those interested in geology, the Biwakhöhle cave entrance is situated 0.64 kilometers from the start, providing a unique underground perspective. At the 0.55-kilometer mark, you'll also encounter the Baumannhöhle cave entrance and the Boofe an der Baumannhöhle shelter.
