This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Buchenpark area, offering stunning views and a mix of natural and man-made points of interest along the trail. The route is a circular one, starting at the Gästeparkplatz Landhaus “Zum Flößer” parking area.

As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the Buchenparkhalle where you can find amenities such as a restaurant and information center. About 0.7 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across Parkplatz Buchenpark for additional parking options.

Continuing on, at around 0.19 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water feature, followed by the Osterbrunnen fountain at 0.04 kilometers away. As you progress, at 0.5 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Hackkuppe peak, offering a great vantage point for taking in the surrounding scenery.

Further along the trail, at 2.29 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Dreibrüderstein and Eisenspitze peaks, perfect for those interested in climbing. Additionally, the Königsplatz viewpoint provides a panoramic view of the area at the same distance from the start.

Throughout the route, you'll find picnic sites, benches, and shelters for resting and enjoying a meal. It is recommended to bring an ample water supply, especially on warm days, and to check the weather forecast before heading out.
