This challenging 11.333-kilometer circular hiking route in the Trčoun area offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way. The trail starts at a parking area, so make sure to check the forecast before heading out and bring plenty of water for the journey.
As you begin your hike, you will come across the Reißershöhle cave entrance, located 0.65 kilometers from the start, followed by the Martinswand peak and the Mönchstein peak a short distance away. Take a moment to admire the Taubenstein viewpoint, situated 0.86 kilometers from the start, before continuing on.
Further along the trail, you'll find picnic sites and informational areas like Zadní Doubice and U Vlčí desky. Keep an eye out for landmarks such as the water features at Taubenstein and various peaks like Breiter Stein and Mühlberg. As you reach the midway point, consider taking a break at one of the benches conveniently placed along the trail.
For those interested in climbing, the area offers opportunities at peaks like Brtnický kámen and Drahokam. These challenging climbs provide a unique perspective of the surroundings.
