About 0.98 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Cabana de la Pleta del Castellar, a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the views. The trail will then lead you to Portella de Rialb, a saddle located approximately 3.31 kilometers from the start.
Continuing on, you will reach the highlight of the hike, Pic de Besalí, a peak standing at 3.57 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness.
