Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards Rifugio San Fermo. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Bar Trattoria Camere Navertino, where you can stop for a meal or refreshments just 0.05 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on, you will pass by Pozza di San Fermo, a natural water source located 4.82 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, you will encounter the Cappella di Sedulzo wayside shrine and a picnic site, both located 0.53 kilometers from the start.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several information points, historic shrines, drinking water sources, and memorials, providing a mix of cultural and natural elements to your journey. Be sure to stay hydrated by taking advantage of the drinking water sources along the way.

The trail will lead you to Rifugio San Fermo, an alpine hut where you can rest and take in the breathtaking views before heading back towards the starting point. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike.
