This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area near Aussichtspunkt. The trail is super easy, with a total distance of 1.289 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you will find a parking area, bicycle parking, and a fountain named Markelfingen 2018, which is wheelchair accessible. Further along the trail, you will encounter benches, a wayside cross, and a viewpoint called Aussichtspunkt.

Midway through the hike, you will find an information point, a fountain known as Markelfinger Narrenbrunnen / Wäschwieb, and several facilities such as a cafe and a pub for sustenance. Additionally, you will come across memorials for Elisabeth Welschinger and Berta Welschinger, both wheelchair accessible.

As you head back towards the starting point, you will pass by more benches and information points related to the local history. Remember to bring an adequate amount of water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this enjoyable and informative hike.
