This moderate 5.215-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area near Poblätzschspitze. The trail starts at a parking area just 0.08 kilometers from the trail. Before you begin your journey, make sure to check the weather forecast and bring plenty of water.

As you start your hike, you'll come across Infopunkt Schmilka, a great spot to learn more about the area. Further along the trail at 0.4 kilometers, you'll find a fast-food stop where you can grab a quick bite to eat. About 0.25 kilometers from the start, there is a water source to refill your bottles.

As you continue on, you'll encounter several peaks like Coschrylenturm and Lange Wand, perfect for climbing enthusiasts. The trail also passes by benches, cafes, and information points providing interesting facts about the surroundings.

At 2.51 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a cave entrance worth exploring. The route also leads you to Zur alten Schule, a biergarten where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. Towards the end of the trail, at 2.56 kilometers, you'll reach Poblätzschspitze, the main destination of the hike.
