This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Bastia. The trail is 3.025 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 242 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at Bastia, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Shortly after beginning, you'll pass by a wayside shrine dedicated to Sant'Anna, providing a glimpse into the historic significance of the area.
Further along the trail, about midway, you'll find a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottles and stay hydrated. Additionally, there are benches along the way for you to take a break and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
At the 1.51 kilometer mark, you'll encounter Monte San Francesco, a peak offering panoramic views of the area. There are also informational points scattered throughout the trail, providing insight into the local flora, fauna, and history of the region.
As you near the end of the trail, you'll reach a saddle point with even more breathtaking views.
