This hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Mina Superior de la Canal - Camí de Llastarri. With a total distance of 6.5 kilometers and an elevation gain of 558 meters, this route is classified as difficult, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding adventure.
As you start your hike, you will come across a convenient parking area to leave your vehicle. Make sure to have enough water and snacks for the journey ahead. About 3.25 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a water source where you can refill your water bottles and take a short break.
Further along the trail, at approximately 1.31 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the impressive peak called Roc de Sant Cugat. Although not directly on the trail, this peak offers a breathtaking view worth the detour.
At the beginning of the hike, you will also encounter some intriguing historic ruins, adding a sense of mystery to your adventure. As you continue on, you will pass by other peaks such as la Roca de Cunco and la Collada, offering panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.
Midway through the hike, you will find a viewpoint at a distance of 1.38 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to rest and take in the scenic vistas before heading back on the trail.
Towards the end of the route, approximately 2.69 kilometers from the start, you will reach the cave entrance known as Forat de Safor. Explore this natural wonder before making your way back to the starting point.
