This hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Schoberspitze in the beautiful area of Planneralm. The trail is 8.933 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 748.0 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you'll come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the JUFA Parkplatz where you can conveniently park your car. As you continue, you'll pass by the Kothüttensee, a picturesque water feature just 1.41 kilometers from the start.

Further along the trail, at around 3.07 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Karlspitze peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, you'll also find the Karlscharte saddle, providing a unique and memorable hiking experience.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 3.57 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Karlspitze peak, adding a sense of achievement to your adventure. Additionally, you can visit the Bergrettungshütte for a rest and some sustenance.
