This hiking route on PR GC 45 is set in a beautiful natural area with stunning viewpoints, peaks, and interesting landmarks along the way. The trail is 13.315 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 859 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.
At the beginning of the trail, you will come across Molino Quemado, an interesting attraction just 0.38 kilometers from the starting point. As you continue, you will pass by a parking area at 0.0 kilometers, and a water source at 0.87 kilometers where you can refill your supplies.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Guirre Peak, located 4.27 kilometers from the start but slightly off the trail. The effort to reach this peak will reward you with panoramic views of the surroundings.
Further along, at 5.57 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter Laderones Peak and a viewpoint at Degollada de las Lapas. These points offer unique perspectives of the landscape and are perfect for resting and taking photos.
As you make your way back, you can stop at a cafe just before reaching the endpoint. Remember to bring enough water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before starting the hike.
