This hiking route takes place in the picturesque area of Camí de les Penyetes. The trail is 10.487 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 280 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across Picina Tollos, a bar located just 0.03 kilometers from the trail. This can be a great spot to refuel and rest before continuing on your adventure. Further along the trail at 2.79 kilometers, you will reach Penya de Migjorn, a peak that offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
At the halfway point of the hike, approximately 5.01 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Penya dels Olbis and Penya Salviera, two impressive rock formations that add to the beauty of the landscape. Additionally, at 5.24 kilometers, there is a viewpoint called Penya Salviera, which provides a perfect opportunity to take in the scenic vistas.
It is important to note that there are amenities available along the trail, such as parking at the beginning of the route and a campsite called El Freginal at the 0.07-kilometer mark. However, it is essential to bring an ample water supply, as there may not be potable water sources along the way.
